Notice of Annual Meeting

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Annual Meeting of the Members of Entegra Credit Union will be held on Wednesday, the 21st day of April 2021 at 7:00 p.m. To adhere to federal and provincial health guidelines regarding large group gatherings and safe social distancing, this meeting will be held virtually, via webcast, with no physical meeting location. Entegra Credit Union’s Head Office, located at 540 St. Anne’s Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba, will be deemed the Annual General Meeting location for record-keeping purposes.

This meeting will be held for the following purposes:

  1. To consider the Annual Report of the Directors, the Financial Statements, and the Auditor's Report,
  2. To announce the results of the Election of Directors,
  3. To amend the by-laws of the Credit Union
  4. To appoint an Auditor, and
  5. Other Business.


The Board of Directors has deemed it necessary to amend the by-laws of the Credit Union to update the provisions regarding electronic meetings, attendant notice requirements, and membership management. The proposed amendments require a two-third majority of the votes cast at the meeting to take effect.

Copies of the proposed amendments, together with a copy of the Credit Union’s current by-laws, are available for inspection by members on request. Please inquire at your local branch.
