There are many ways to bank safely from home, including Online Banking, the Entegra App, and by contacting our team for assistance. We want to help to make your banking experience as easy as possible.

How do I register for Online Banking? Expand/Collapse

Not using online banking yet? Not a problem! Send us an email or give us a call; a member of our team will help you get started.

How do I get the Entegra App? Expand/Collapse

You can download Entegra’s mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

How can I pay a bill? Expand/Collapse

You can pay most bills directly online or through our mobile app. All you need to set up your bill payment is your account number. Alternatively, you can contact your local branch and we can pay it for you over the phone.

How can I transfer money safely? Expand/Collapse

The easiest way to send and receive money is through INTERAC E-Transfers, available through online banking and the mobile app. You can send up to $3,000.00 per transaction, up to $10,000.00 per 7 days and there is a 30-day limit of $20,000.00.

How can I deposit a cheque remotely? Expand/Collapse

You can use the Deposit Anywhere feature within the Entegra app. Just select ‘Deposit’ and take a photo of your cheque. Confirm the deposit details, then hit submit! It’s that easy.

How do I open an account from home? Expand/Collapse

If you are a new member or an existing member that needs to open up additional accounts, simply visit join.entegra.ca. You can open everything you need on one application directly from home.

How can I withdraw cash? Expand/Collapse

As a member of Entegra, you can use any credit union ATM, surcharge-free! However, we encourage you to use contactless payment methods that help to reduce spread, like INTERAC flash  and Apple Pay for Entegra Visa.
