Update Contact Information

To make your transition to the new platform as smooth as possible, it’s crucial that your contact information is up to date. When you log in to Online Banking for the first time, you’ll be required to verify your account using a One Time Passcode sent to either the mobile number or email we have on file.

To update your information, here's what you’ll need to do:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Select ‘Profile and Preferences’
  • Select ‘Change Contact Information'
  • Enter your mobile number and email, then click submit!

You need to have either a mobile number or email address to use the new Online Banking platform. If you currently do not have either, we recommend creating an email address account. It’s quick, easy, and free!

Here’s a quick rundown of the basics of creating a free email account:

  1. Choose a reputable provider, such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or iCloud. All four are similar and offer trusted, secure email service.
  2. Fill in the required information. Typically, this would include your first and last name, your desired email address, a password to keep your account secure, and some form of recovery information. This will allow you to access the account if you forget the password or have a security issue in the future.
  3. Continue to fill out any additional information. While each provider is different, typically the requested information will be for security purposes. Accept the Terms and Conditions, then create your account. It’s that easy!
