Mobile Alerts

Protect yourself against account fraud! Mobile alerts will let you know when important changes have been made to your information on Online Banking. These alerts add additional protection to allow you to identify and report potential fraudulent activity as soon as it happens. All alerts can be sent to your mobile device as a text message, an email or both. 

You will be notified when:

  • A new bill payee is added to your list of vendors.
  • Your Personal Access Code (PAC) has been changed via Online Banking.
  • You are locked out of Online Banking via Increased Authentication due to 3 unsuccessful log in attempts.
  • You log into Online Banking
  • A new INTERAC e-Transfer recipient is added

How do I sign up?

  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Navigate to the Messages and Alerts tab, click on Get Started Today.
  3. Select Add Contacts.
    • You will be asked to read and accept the Alerts Agreement before you can complete your registration.
  4. From here, add an email contact, phone contact (or both)
  5. Click Manage Alerts and choose the type of alerts you would like to receive.
