eStatement Frequently Asked Questions

Who will be affected by the switch to eStatements?
Both personal and business members will no longer receive paper statements effective September, 2015. Golden Account members will still be receiving paper statements at this time.

What is the date of my last paper statement?
Your last monthly statement will be your July statement, mailed out in the beginning of August, 2015.

Is there a charge for eStatements?
As part of Entegra Credit Union’s ongoing commitment to the environment, eStatements are available at no additional cost.

Can I stop by one of the branches to receive a copy of my monthly statement?
Yes. If you’d like a paper copy of your statement, you can stop at any one of our four Entegra locations to request a printed copy of your monthly statement. For monthly statements requested in branch, we charge a $2.00 service fee per statement.

When are my eStatements available?
Personal statements are available on the 7th of every month and business statements are available on the 1st of every month.

What do I need to view my eStatements?
You can access your eStatements using your computer, smartphone or tablet as long as you are logged into online banking.
