Online Account Opening FAQ

How do you make sure it is actually me opening up another account?
During the process, you will be asked if you are an existing member. If you select yes, you will be asked to enter your member number, which can be found in your account details through online banking or the mobile app.

Once you have entered your member number, a verification code will be sent to your email on file that you must enter to proceed.

If you don’t receive a verification code when applying as an existing member, it may be that the email address we have on file isn’t one you currently have access to. Please contact us, and we’ll get it straightened out.

Can I open a joint account?
Yes, but just keep in mind that for joint accounts, each applicant will require a unique email address.

How long does it take for my account to be opened?
You can expect your account to be opened within 3 business days.
