Sometimes, you just want to speak to a real person, face-to-face. Stop by any of our branches for the full range of banking services. For our business members, we have two dedicated Business Banking Centres specifically designed to help you complete your banking as quickly as possible.
INTERAC e-Transfer is a fast and secure way to send, receive, or request funds by using Online Banking or the mobile app. Transfer up to $3,000 a day, $10,000 a week, or $20,000 a month. Every e-Transfer is only 50 cents; all members, all accounts, no bundling required.
Send smaller transaction amounts without the delay. For personal members, the transaction can be up to $250, and business members can send transactions up to $500. If you regularly send higher amounts to the same contacts, the transaction limit will increase up to $3,000 for personal and $5,000 for business.
Register for Autodeposit
With Autodeposit, you can register your email to have your e-transfers automatically deposited directly into your account, without having to answer a security question. Sign up in online banking or the mobile app.
